Q. How should I apply the body scrub?
A. For best results, apply Glow Sugar Polish AFTER using body wash. Place the scrub between your hands. Start with your feet, and move up your body, applying Glow to your skin in a circular motion. Don't forget the back of your hands, which can take a beating in any season. Rinse and towel dry. Enjoy your fully moisturized heavenly smelling skin!
Q. When opening the jar, there's oil on the top. Is that normal?
A. Yes. The oils will naturally rise to the top. Before using, mix with the provided spoon to distribute oils throughout.
Q. Can I use Glow on my face?
A. Because the skin on your face is delicate, it is not recommended.
Q. How often should I use?
A. The average is three times per week, but we have customers who use it every day.
Q. Because it's made with oils, do I need to be careful in the shower?
A. After rinsing off, the remaining scrub and its oils will safely go down the drain. There may be residual oil that remains on the shower floor, which could cause it to become slippery so take care.
Q. Do you offer discounted pricing for special occasions?

Q. What is your shipping and return policy?
A. If your order is placed before 3:00 PM (EST) it will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day. Our goal is for you to love our product. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return it for a full refund, minus shipping.
